What file formats can I upload?
CSV and XLS/XLSX for catalog and inventory data — uploaded directly or dropped via FTP for automated imports. AI Mapping handles whatever column structure you already use, and resellers pull catalogs as Excel or JSON downloads, with API access and FTP delivery where configured.
Where is my data stored? Who owns it?
Your catalogs, images, and customer lists are stored on AWS infrastructure, with integration credentials encrypted at rest. You own everything you upload — we never sell, share, or train models on your data.
Can I export everything and leave?
Yes. Every catalog, mapping, and image asset can be exported in CSV, XLS, or JSON anytime — directly from the app or via API. No lock-in, no export fees, no waiting on a support ticket.
How long does onboarding take?
Most vendors publish their first clean catalog within 48 to 72 hours of signup. Every plan includes a one-on-one onboarding call so the founder personally walks you through AI mapping, Catalog Rules, and reseller setup.
Pricing & Plans
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel from the Stripe-backed billing portal in your account. Yearly billing saves about two months. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the period ends.
Catalog Sharing
Will competitors see my pricing?
No. Only resellers you've approved (directly or through the marketplace) can see prices. Catalog-level rules control the products and pricing data included in each shared catalog, and MAP, MSRP, cost, and other price roles stay private — visible only to the partners you share them with.
Do you support international resellers and timezones?
Yes. Every user — vendor or reseller — sets their own timezone, so promo windows, restock ETAs, and message timestamps display correctly worldwide. Catalogs and feeds are delivered in formats every reseller stack can consume.
