AI File Builder
Turn any spreadsheet into a file ready to import. The AI plans it from your headers and first rows and writes titles and descriptions, and you check a preview before it builds. Pay for the AI one of two ways.
$49 a month, or $499 a year
Uses InventaCloud’s AI and includes 50,000 AI-written rows a month. Copying, cleaning and reshaping columns is unlimited, and text kept from your file or reused from an earlier build never counts. Yearly is about two months free. Subscribe, change or cancel in the supplier app under AI settings.
No subscription
Save your OpenAI API key in AI settings and OpenAI bills your account for what the AI writes. The key is stored encrypted, and only its last four characters are shown again.
Every workspace can try three free previews (the plan and a sample of the new file) before paying. Fair use: up to 50 files per workspace in any 24 hours.
Reseller access is covered by the inviting supplier
A reseller you invite uses the reseller portal on your plan. Resellers who connect to suppliers through the marketplace use reseller plans sized by how many approved catalogs they keep active.

Before you pick a plan
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and yearly billing, or cancel from the Stripe billing portal under Settings › Plan in the supplier app. Yearly billing saves about two months compared with paying monthly.
What counts as a product?
Every product row (a SKU) in your uploaded catalog files counts toward the product limit. The limit applies to your whole account, across all brands, files and catalogs.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
The app shows a plan-limit message on the screen where you reach it, together with an Upgrade button that opens the billing portal. Pick the next plan to continue.
Which resellers count toward the invited-reseller limit?
Only the resellers you invite yourself, by email or spreadsheet. Resellers who find you on the marketplace and whose access request you approve do not count toward the limit on any plan.
Do resellers need their own subscription?
Not when you invite them: an invited reseller's access is covered by the inviting supplier. Resellers who connect to suppliers through the marketplace choose a reseller plan sized by how many approved catalogs they keep active. Either way, the InventaCloud app for Shopify is free.

What does the AI File Builder add-on cost?
It is optional and works with any supplier plan: $49 a month or $499 a year, including 50,000 AI-written rows a month. Or save your own OpenAI key in AI settings and pay OpenAI directly, with no subscription. Every workspace can try three free previews first.
Is there a fair-use limit on the AI File Builder?
Yes. A workspace can start up to 50 files in any 24 hours, and a monthly fair-use limit applies to InventaCloud's AI. Ordinary titles and descriptions never come near it; very long text, or many AI-written columns in every row, can reach it before the row allowance runs out. The fair-use limit on the AI does not apply when you use your own OpenAI key.
