Customers retain ownership of the data they upload to the platform. InventaCloud does not sell Customer Data to third parties.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to upload and share Customer Data, including product images, catalogs, descriptions, trademarks, and other materials made available through the Service.

4. Data Sharing

We may share information with trusted service providers, payment processors, marketplace participants, or when required by law.

InventaCloud uses cookies and similar technologies to improve website functionality and user experience.
