- Create your company account Sign up, set your company profile, and invite teammates with owner, admin, or member roles. Secure email-code login — no passwords to leak.
- Add your brands and partners Set up the brands you sell and the resellers you work with — invite partners directly, or let them find you on the public marketplace.
- Upload or connect a catalog source Drop in the files you already have or connect an automated feed. The same source can power multiple catalogs.
- Map and normalize with AI AI reads your columns and maps them to a clean schema. You review and approve once — the mapping is saved for every future file from that vendor.
- Validate data and images Import rules standardize values, catch bad rows, and flag what's missing. Bulk-uploaded images match to SKUs automatically.
- Review and approve See what an update will change before it lands. Approve products for publishing, and roll back changes that shouldn't have happened.
- Share catalogs with resellers Assign each partner the right catalog with Catalog Rules — their pricing, their products, your MAP data included — downloadable as Excel or JSON, with API access and FTP delivery where configured.
- Publish to your sales channels Send approved products to your connected storefronts and feeds. Readiness checks run first; SKU-keyed publishing keeps listings updated, never duplicated.
- Receive and manage purchase orders Resellers turn catalogs into orders at their approved pricing. You acknowledge, deny, or mark fulfilled — every order keeps a durable snapshot and its own thread.
- Collaborate and stay in sync Questions live on the work — orders, access requests, direct messages. Updates flow to every reseller and channel automatically as your source data changes.
