Refund Policy
Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions, add-ons, and marketplace-related services provided by 3ANGLE CORP., doing business as InventaCloud ("InventaCloud", "we", "us"), through InventaCloud (the "Service").
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Service Access Until Period End
Unless otherwise stated in writing, after cancellation your access to paid features will generally remain active until the end of your current billing period.
At the expiration of the billing period, your account may revert to a free, limited, suspended, or inactive state depending on your plan and account status.
Refund Eligibility
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable.
In limited circumstances, we may issue a full or partial refund at our sole discretion, including for verified billing errors, duplicate charges, or significant service issues directly caused by InventaCloud.
- Refunds apply only to subscription fees unless otherwise stated.
- Usage-based, overage, metered, implementation, and setup charges are generally non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Completed billing periods already fully consumed
- One-time setup, onboarding, migration, or implementation fees
- Usage-based, overage, metered, or API-related charges
- Third-party marketplace transactions, products, or services
- Charges incurred after failure to cancel before renewal
Free Trials
Free trials do not incur charges unless converted into a paid subscription. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges or refunds apply.
If a free trial converts into a paid subscription and is not canceled before the trial expiration, the resulting subscription fee is non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by us.
Marketplace Transactions
Refunds for marketplace products, vendor content, data feeds, or services provided by third parties are governed by the applicable seller's or vendor's individual refund policies.
InventaCloud does not guarantee refunds for third-party marketplace transactions.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Refunds approved by InventaCloud will be returned to the original payment method when possible and may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly at [email protected]. We may investigate and issue corrections or refunds at our discretion.
Refund Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that the request is abusive, fraudulent, made in bad faith, or connected to violations of our Terms of Service.
Policy Violations
Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, infringement, unauthorized content uploads, violation of third-party rights, or other violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds, except where required by law.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that we believe are invalid.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
