How fast do manufacturers approve access?

Most approvals land within ~48 hours. Each manufacturer sets their own turnaround, and larger catalogs or new relationships may take longer. You can check request status any time from your dashboard.

What if a manufacturer declines my request?

Declined requests don't count against your plan's active-catalog limit — keep requesting other manufacturers at no extra cost. Growth and Pro plans route your requests with higher priority.

How do approved catalogs get into my store?

The reseller portal gives you one-click exports built specifically for Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Demandware — plus raw CSV, XLSX, and JSON downloads for anything else. Growth and Pro plans add API and FTP access (where the manufacturer offers it) for fully automated syncing with custom storefronts.

What counts as an "active catalog"?

Any manufacturer-approved catalog you currently have access to. If access expires or is revoked by the manufacturer, it no longer counts toward your plan's limit — you can always request replacements.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes — manage your plan anytime from your Stripe billing portal. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from there. Yearly billing saves 2 months compared to monthly.
