Get access
A supplier invites you by email, or you request a specific catalog from a supplier's marketplace listing. Once approved, the catalog appears in your portal with its published prices, images and descriptions.

Connect Shopify
Install the free InventaCloud app on your Shopify store, approve its permissions, and link the store to your account in the portal. Nothing to copy or paste.

Send products
Tick products, paste SKUs, or send a whole catalog that keeps up with new items. Products are matched to what is already in your store by brand and SKU, so a send updates instead of duplicating.

Maintain
Update attributes refreshes chosen fields, Update images fixes photos, the Discontinued by supplier and Updated by supplier filters show what moved, and Send History shows what is on the store and what is not yet sent.
Per catalog: what is sent, what is not, and whether it changed since
Send History compares each shared catalog with your store, and records every send and update with what was added, refreshed or already correct.

Catalogs
One or more catalogs per supplier who approved you, with published prices, images and descriptions. Search by SKU or name and copy data out as CSV, JSON or an API call.
Catalog data
Every product across every shared catalog in one list: one search across suppliers, a preview drawer, filters by catalog and by presence on your store, with Discontinued and Updated badges read from the supplier.
Promotions, on your schedule
Supplier sales on a calendar. Run one on your store with your own start and end, to the minute, in your time zone. Prices change in Shopify at the start and revert at the end, with the original kept as the crossed-out price.
Inventory and Discontinued
Read-only stock levels per supplier with the last-sync time on each row, and every SKU a supplier flagged as discontinued or phasing out, with the date and any replacement note.
Purchase orders and Customers
Search every orderable catalog, build a draft that saves itself, pick a ship-to from your private customer book, and submit. Follow Acknowledged, Fulfilled or Denied with a reason, with a thread per order.
Messages
One thread per supplier, unread counts on the sidebar, and email replies that land back in the thread.
Brands and Connections
Import the brand names your store already uses, spelled exactly as Shopify has them, map each supplier catalog to one of them, and connect one or more Shopify stores.
Storefront filters and tags
sku_ and basesku_ tags on every product and a tag per filter term. Add to existing tags or replace them, preview the list on a real product, and have Shopify's 255-character and comma rules checked first.
Items sold and Store activity
Units sold per product over a chosen number of days, from your orders, on a schedule or on demand. Every job against your store shows progress and results, with a Stop button on every page that starts work.
Search index
Keep an AWS CloudSearch or OpenSearch index current from your Shopify data and supplier catalog columns: a per-index field map, test-only runs, and a safety rule that blocks an update removing an unusually large share of the index.
API keys
Read-only keys for catalogs, inventory, prices and your purchase orders; read-write keys that also create, cancel and message on orders and add customers. One key per integration, rotate or revoke any time.
One login across suppliers
One login for every supplier who approved you. Switch from the sidebar; cross-supplier screens show everything at once. Help for every screen, plus Ask Inventa, a read-only assistant that answers about your catalogs by SKU.
Refresh only what changed
A supplier update never touches your store on its own. When you are ready, refresh the fields or images you choose, and nothing else.
- Update attributes. Refresh title, description, product type, price, compare-at, cost, barcode, tags or metafields from a supplier catalog, for ticked products or everything matching your filters. It never creates a product, never empties a field, and skips products that already match.
- Update images. Replace all, add what is missing, or replace only the images InventaCloud added. Preview with real counts first. Videos and 3D models are never removed.
- Import products. Read your store, one brand or all, in full or only what changed. Sends and updates wait while your copy is behind Shopify, so nothing is written from stale data.
- Store activity. Every job against your store, with progress and per-product results, and a Running now strip with Stop on every page that starts work.
Invited by a supplier, or through the marketplace
Either way, access is per catalog and always the supplier's decision. Once approved, the catalog appears in the same portal.
The supplier adds you, and covers your access
A supplier invites you from their app, by email or spreadsheet, and ticks the catalogs you get. You sign in with a magic link. Your account number, payment terms and sales rep are on the record, and your access is covered by the supplier's plan.

Browse participating suppliers and their listed catalogs, then request the specific catalog you want with a note about your business. Connecting through the marketplace uses a reseller plan sized by how many approved catalogs you keep active.

Upload your own spreadsheet in the supplier app, build a catalog from it, invite yourself as a reseller, and use the same Send products, Update attributes and Update images tools on it. Your suppliers' catalogs and your own sit side by side in the portal.

Does it cost me anything if a supplier invites me?
No. A supplier who invites you covers your access. If you connect with suppliers through the marketplace instead, plans start at $49/mo based on how many catalogs you actively use.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The reseller portal runs in the browser and you sign in with a one-time email code. To send products to Shopify, you install the free InventaCloud app on your store and link it to your account in the portal.
Will sending products duplicate what is already in my store?
No. Import products reads your store first, so the portal knows what Shopify already has. A send matches products already in your store by brand and SKU and updates the existing listing instead of creating a second one.
What happens when a supplier changes a price or discontinues a product?
The portal shows the change with an Updated by supplier or Discontinued by supplier badge and a filter for each. Nothing changes in your Shopify store until you run Update attributes or Update images, send products, or schedule a promotion. Discontinued items always arrive as drafts.
