The complete catalog-to-channel-to-order platform

One connected workflow — Import → Organize → Share → Publish → Order → Collaborate. Every pillar below hands off to the next, so product data flows from a vendor file to every reseller, sales channel, and purchase order without exports or copy-paste.

  1. Import Upload files or connect an automated feed
  2. Organize AI maps fields, cleans values, manages images
  3. Share Approved resellers get the right catalog and pricing
  4. Publish Send approved products to your sales channels
  5. Order Catalogs become purchase orders and fulfillment
  6. Collaborate Questions resolved in context, on the work
Step 1 — Import

Catalog imports & AI mapping

Bring vendor files in the way they already exist. AI recognizes the columns, maps them to a clean schema, validates every product, and remembers the mapping for the next file — no templates, no reformatting.

Any file, any feed

Uploads and automated feeds — with queued processing, progress tracking, and clear error reports when a row needs attention.

AI mapping with human review

AI suggests the column map; you approve it once. Saved mappings and import rules apply automatically on every future file from that vendor.

Validation before publishing

Field standards, value transforms, exclusions, and row-level validation catch bad data before a reseller or channel ever sees it.

Change detection

New, changed, and discontinued products are detected on every refresh, and catalogs rebuild after supported updates are applied.

Step 2 — Organize

Product data & images

Every product gets one trusted record — data, pricing roles, inventory, status, and images together, with history so you can see what changed and restore earlier values.

Central product record

SKU, names, descriptions, categories, attributes, pricing roles (price, cost, MSRP, custom), inventory, and discontinuation status in one place.

Images at scale

Bulk-upload product photos and they match to SKUs automatically — stored and served at the sizes your resellers and channels need.

Version history

Stock, price, and status changes are logged with rollback — an import gone wrong never has to be permanent.

Approval workflows

Review and approve catalog changes before they go live, with clear statuses from imported through published.

Step 3 — Share

Reseller access & Catalog Rules

The right catalog for every reseller. Catalog Rules control which products a shared catalog includes and at what price — markups, adjustments, exclusions — applied on every rebuild, with MAP and other price roles delivered as data for partners to review and honor.

Invite or approve resellers

Invite partners directly or approve access requests from the public marketplace — each reseller gets exactly the catalogs you assign.

Catalog Rules

Catalog-level product filters, pricing adjustments, exclusion lists, and MAP delivered as price data — assign each partner the right catalog and the right output follows.

Always-current catalogs

Apply a change once and every reseller's portal view, download, and feed reflects it — with each catalog's latest update date, live inventory, and discontinuation dates in view.

Delivery that fits their stack

Resellers download permitted catalogs as Excel or JSON from their own portal — with API access and FTP delivery where configured.

Step 4 — Publish

Multi-channel publishing & readiness

Map once, publish everywhere. Products are validated per destination before they go live, keyed by SKU so updates never duplicate, and discontinued items are handled safely on every channel.

Shopify WooCommerce Magento Open Source Adobe Commerce
Connected storefronts

Publish approved products — titles, descriptions, prices, images, and stock — straight into your connected sales channels.

Channel readiness

Know what's ready before you publish — missing images, prices, categories, and required fields are flagged per destination.

Safe, repeatable sync

Re-publishing updates existing listings by SKU instead of duplicating them; unchanged items are skipped automatically.

Feeds for everything else

CSV, XML, and JSON feeds plus API and FTP/SFTP delivery cover custom storefronts and downstream systems.

Steps 5 & 6 — Order & Collaborate

Purchase orders, chat & tasks

Shared catalogs become purchase orders with the buyer's approved pricing — and order questions resolve in the order's own thread, access negotiations in the request thread, and everything else through direct vendor-reseller messages.

Purchase orders

Resellers build orders straight from your catalog; vendors acknowledge, deny, or mark fulfilled — with durable order snapshots and full history.

Contextual chat

Threads live on the order, the request, and the relationship — with read tracking and email alerts, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Tasks

Turn product and order issues into accountable tasks with owners, due dates, and resolution states.
