Reseller Portal

One portal for resellers — every vendor, every catalog

Your resellers juggle suppliers all day; the portal gives them one place where that job gets easier. Approved catalogs with their pricing already applied, live inventory, promotions, downloads in their format, purchase ordering, and a direct line to each vendor — with one login covering every InventaCloud vendor they work with.

A reseller's day in the portal

  1. Open the approved catalogs Every catalog they've been granted shows with their tier's pricing, their exclusions, their visible products — rules already applied.
  2. Check stock and promos Per-SKU inventory with restock ETAs, discontinuation flags with dates, and the vendor's promotion calendar — original and sale price side by side.
  3. Pull data their way Download permitted catalog data as Excel or JSON on demand — inventory exports also come as CSV, Excel, or JSON — with API access and FTP delivery where configured.
  4. Order and follow up Build purchase orders straight from the catalog at approved pricing, track them to fulfillment, and message the vendor on the order itself.

Why teams use it

Multi-vendor by design

Approved by several vendors? One login, a one-click context switcher, or an all-companies feed — no per-vendor accounts to juggle.

Pricing that's already theirs

No mental math against a price sheet: every number shown is that reseller's approved price, MAP and tiers included.

Current data on every visit

Each catalog shows its latest update date, and the portal carries live inventory, restock details, discontinuation dates, and promotions — resellers review the current state instead of discovering changes at invoice time.

From catalog to order in minutes

Search, set quantities, submit — drafts autosave, ship-to addresses fill from their customer book, and promo codes apply.

A real line to the vendor

Threaded messaging with read receipts on orders, requests, and directly — questions stop dying in email.

Simple, safe access

Resellers sign in with a one-time code sent to their verified email address — no passwords to manage, and only ever their approved data.

Good to know

Getting in is the easy part

Resellers sign in with a one-time code emailed to their verified address, and approved marketplace users continue to the reseller experience through the supported marketplace and portal flow. No passwords, no shared logins.

Resellers steer the product too

The portal includes its own feedback channel and public roadmap with voting, so the people using it daily shape what ships next.

Common questions

Do resellers pay to use the portal?

Resellers you invite directly use the portal as part of your relationship. Resellers who discover vendors through the InventaCloud Marketplace choose a marketplace plan based on how many catalogs they actively access.

Can a reseller connect the portal to their own store?

Resellers can download permitted catalog data as Excel or JSON, and read the same data programmatically with API keys or receive FTP delivery where the vendor's plan supports and configures them — clean inputs for whatever their own systems import. How the data is used downstream is up to the reseller's tools.

What does a reseller see when a product is being discontinued?

The SKU is flagged in their catalog with the discontinuation date, so they can sell through or line up a replacement before it disappears — no surprise dead products.
