Turn supplier files into channel-ready product listings
Between the supplier's spreadsheet and your storefront sits the least glamorous work in ecommerce: mapping columns, fixing names, matching images, checking prices — for every supplier, on every update. InventaCloud runs that pipeline: AI maps the fields, cleanup normalizes the data, images match to SKUs, and what comes out is validated, current, and ready for your store or feed tooling.
Where listing time actually goes
Publishing products isn't slow. Preparing them is.
Every supplier file is a puzzle — which column is the real price, what does 'desc2' mean, why are there three SKU fields?
Re-imports without a reliable key create the same product twice — and cleanup is worse than the import was.
A ZIP of photos with cryptic filenames, matched to products by hand — the task that eats the sprint.
The supplier's monthly refresh means running the entire manual gauntlet again, forever.
A pipeline instead of a project
Map each supplier's format once — AI proposes, you approve — and future files enter the same import workflow with the saved mapping applied: validated against your standards, deduplicated by SKU, images matched by filename, prices and stock updated, with logged history for price, inventory, and status changes. Pull the result as clean CSV or JSON exports or over the API into your store platform or feed tooling — and when direct channel publishing destinations open up, the same validated catalog is what will feed them.
The intake pipeline
- Supplier file in Direct uploads, or FTP delivery where configured — each supplier's format keeps its own saved mapping.
- AI mapping Columns map to your schema with your review; cleanup rules normalize names, units, and values.
- Product review Validation flags gaps and oddities per row; SKU keying prevents duplicates on every re-import.
- Approved catalog Clean records with images attached, price roles set, stock current, and discontinuations flagged.
- Store or feed delivery Clean CSV/JSON exports and API access feed your storefront and channel tooling.

What changes for the team
The monthly refresh becomes a file delivered into the same import workflow — mapped, validated, deduplicated — with a result report instead of a work session.
SKU is the key everywhere: re-imports update existing records, and what reaches your store tooling is one product, once.
Discontinuation flags with dates flow through the pipeline, so delisting happens on schedule instead of after customer complaints.
Price, inventory, and discontinued-status batches retain history and supported rollback controls — and 'why did this price change?' has an answer.
Common questions
Can InventaCloud publish directly into our store platform?
Today your stack consumes the validated catalog through clean Excel/JSON exports and the API — formats store platforms and feed tools import reliably. Direct channel publishing destinations are part of the launch scope; anything listed on the integrations hub as linkable is live now.
How does it handle our custom fields?
Your schema defines the fields; supplier columns map into it — including custom attributes and your own price roles. Mapping rules handle per-supplier quirks like unit conversion and value replacement.
What about products from suppliers who are on InventaCloud already?
Even better — if your supplier publishes here, you skip the file entirely: request access, and their maintained catalog (with permitted image references and live stock) arrives clean through the reseller portal and feeds.
