Manage one product catalog for every reseller and sales channel
Your products are your business — but somewhere along the way, maintaining spreadsheets about them became a second job. InventaCloud gives manufacturers one central catalog that serves the whole network: AI cleans the data, Catalog Rules price it per dealer, resellers pull it live, orders come back through it, and every conversation stays attached to the relationship.
The manufacturer's data problem
It's not that the catalog is wrong — it's that there are eleven versions of it.
Every dealer wants their own price list in their own format, so every price change becomes an afternoon of exports.
Emailed catalogs age from the second they leave — partners quote dead prices and order discontinued SKUs.
Pricing policy lives in a PDF partners agreed to once. Enforcement is finding violations after the fact.
POs come in as attachments and screenshots, priced from whichever file that dealer happened to have.
One catalog, operated — not exported
Publish once into InventaCloud and stop producing per-partner files. Each approved reseller gets access to the catalogs you assign — their products, their tier's pricing, your MAP data included — and when you apply a price or stock update, every partner's portal view, next download, and feed reflects the applied change, with each catalog's latest update date in plain sight. Orders come back through the same catalog at the same rule-applied prices.
The manufacturer workflow
- Manufacturer data in Upload your files directly, or deliver them through FTP where configured — ERP exports, price lists, image folders, as they already are.
- Clean catalog out AI mapping and cleanup produce one validated catalog with images matched to SKUs.
- Approved resellers Dealers get assigned catalogs whose rules apply the tier pricing and product restrictions automatically.
- Sales channels The same clean data feeds your storefronts and delivery formats — CSV, JSON, API, FTP.
- Purchase orders back Resellers order from the catalog at approved prices; you acknowledge, deny, or mark fulfilled from one inbox.

Running the network, day to day
Invite dealers directly or approve marketplace requests; tier catalogs mean a new partner inherits correct terms the moment they're assigned — and analytics show who's actually engaged.
POs arrive priced from the rule-applied catalog with durable snapshots — acknowledge, deny with a reason, or mark fulfilled, and the record keeps itself.
Order questions thread on the order; access negotiations thread on the request; direct messages cover the rest — with read tracking, so nothing dies in an inbox.
Discontinuing a line? Flag SKUs with a date and every reseller sees it coming — sell-through instead of surprise, with logged history and supported rollback for price, inventory, and status changes.
Drop thousands of product photos via FTP; they match to SKUs by filename and serve at the sizes partners and channels need.
See which dealers pull catalogs, what products draw attention, and where reach is growing — evidence for the next dealer conversation.
Common questions
We have 40+ dealers on different price levels — how does that work?
Tier catalogs. Configure a catalog per price level — each with its own markup rules over the price role you choose, with MAP delivered as data — and assign every dealer the catalog that matches their terms. Every download, portal view, and purchase order then carries that catalog's pricing automatically.
Our data lives in an old ERP. Can we still use this?
Yes — if your ERP can export CSV or XLS files, you're compatible. Upload exports directly or deliver them through FTP where configured; FTP-delivered files enter the same import workflow, and AI mapping handles the ERP's column naming.
What do our resellers have to install?
Nothing. Resellers use a browser portal with one-time email-code login — catalogs, live stock, promotions, ordering, and messaging included. Partners with their own systems can pull CSV, JSON, API, or FTP feeds instead.
