Folder behavior

Each file type has its drop location, and delivered files are picked up for processing per your workspace's ingestion configuration. File naming follows your source's conventions — images match to SKUs by filename; catalog files keep their saved mapping per source.

Failure handling

A file that can't process cleanly is reported with specifics in the app — which file, which rows or images, what to fix — while valid content proceeds. Nothing disappears silently into a folder.
